28 July 2023Not sure why I’m asked to review. My order was ignored, never delivered. I called the shop owner to determine status and she sounded like she was sleeping. She wanted to know if I wanted to place a new order because she was close to closing time. She told me she had no record of my order with BloomNation and then sounded panicked, she offered to send next day, but obviously flowers often are intended for a specific date, I told her to please cancel because the date was important and I would just hand deliver something by myself. I’m still waiting for a refund, waiting for BloomNation to mediate for me and in the meantime, for some reason I received an email saying it was delivered with a photo of the bouquet from the BloomNation website pretending to be the arrangement that was delivered. My friend only received the alternate arrangement I got her. NOTHING from this shop owner via BloomNation. First bad experience after many prior successful orders from other shop owners.
